It’s often a struggle to find good fruit to serve in the winter. Citrus is my go-to but sometimes I want a different mix for a fruit salad. Pineapple, kiwi and blueberries make a nice mix of both texture and color. Though blueberries aren’t in season, you can usually find some relatively tasty blueberries mid-winter. Serve this fruit salad as part of a brunch menu any time of year for a colorful and tasty mix.
